Directions:

from the music school take 680N

exit Bernal to the right

left on Valley

There will be free admission passes (one per band member) to get into the Fair

I will give the passes out at the rehearsal on the 7th

I will also have 6 parking passes to give out (I suggest you

car-pool to avoid the parking expense)

PA System:

The Fairgrounds people provide for a full sound system

Itinerary:

10:30am - meet at the music school & get equip.

10:45am - leave for the Fair

11:20am - unload equipment at the parking Shed

11:30pm - shuttle over to the Stage (Bandstand Stage)

11:45pm - setup our equipment on the stage

12:15pm - tuneup and warmup off stage

12:30pm - SHOWTIME

1:30pm - strike all of our equipment from the stage

2:00pm - take equipment back to the truck

2:30pm - Back to the school

Those members not meeting at the school, be at the stage by 11:30am
