Itinerary:

1:00pm - meet at the music school

1:15pm - leave for the Fair

1:50pm - unload equipment at the parking Shed

2:00pm - shuttle over to the Stage (Bandstand Stage)

2:10pm - unload equipment

2:15pm - setup our equipment on the stage

2:45pm - tuneup and warmup off stage

3:00pm - SHOWTIME

4:00pm - strike all of our equipment from the stage

4:15pm - take equipment back to Deb's truck
